As the Sr. HR Generalist, you’ll be the go-to person for all things HR, ensuring programs and services not only meet compliance but also resonate with our employees. Here's a snapshot of your exciting responsibilities:
- Answer employee questions and provide stellar customer service for HR-related inquiries.
- Act as a consultant for new hires, guiding them through onboarding and ensuring a seamless integration into the team.
- Process payroll with accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist with terminations, performance review preparations, and other HR operations.
- Organize and maintain employee files and correspondence like a pro.
- Design and update job descriptions that reflect our brand's energy and mission.
- Source top talent from online channels, crafting engaging recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to find our next rock stars.
- Advertise job openings across our careers page, social media platforms, job boards, and internally.
- Send job offers and address questions about compensation and benefits.
- Conduct new hire orientation.
What You Bring to the Table
- A passion for pop culture and our brand’s mission.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, human relations, psychology or related field and/or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of related experience.
- SHRM-CP or PHR credential a bonus
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A knack for solving problems and thinking outside the box.
